INVESTMENTS
      One of the largest investments of the company is the purchase of a solid building with the total area of 4712 square meters, the adjacent to it not built up area and capacity that is situated at East production zone, 125 Bulgaria blvd.
      The second large investment is in reconstructing the building and transforming it in a modern bakery from European type, that is compliant to all regulations of the Ministry of Health for hygienic environment for the companies in the food industry and the regulations for working environment for production of safe and quality food.
      Another important investment is the gasification of the production premises, which leads to better production results.
      Modernization of the old building in 52 Borisova str. is planned in the near future and there will be started production in assembly line of different kind of bakery, cakes and the star of the market – the product ponichki that have premium taste quality and is produced according to new recipes and is offered with different fillings and covers.
      Except the production premise in 125 Bulgaria blvd and the premise in 52 Borisova Str, company “Slavianka” has at its disposal production capacity at the city of Biala, Rousse region. In this rented production premise, in which is installed equipment that is owned from the company, are produced the most popular kind of bread for the mass customer – “Stara Zagora”, “Dobrudja”, “Iantra”, “Tipov”, “Pshenichen Graham” and others. The distribution chain in Biala region is well developed
      The main production of the company which is situated at 125 Bulgaria blvd is equipped with modern machines from the well known Austrian company “ WERNER & PFLAIDER ” .
      The automation of the production process offers full control from qualified personal during the whole production process at every stage.
      The company has at its disposal full automated silos for storage of the flour which is from the brand “ hB tEhnik ”. The silos themselves are equipped with electronic measures and the transportation of the flour to the production premise is processed in air tubes that deliver the flour directly in the dough kneader.
      One of the newest equipment is the chamber for final fermentation that allows electronic control of all the processes.
      The company is proud with the special machine for production of “Zemeli” that has capacity of 20 000 pcs per shift. This machine is with really good resources because the whole production is held inside it: from the the process of dividing of the dough to the end process of fermentation.
      The company also has 2 furnaces from the Austrian company “WERNER & PFLAIDERER ”, that are the best equipment at European level and are heated with gas heaters, equipped with electronic controllers that monitor the whole process of baking. The brand itself guarantees quality.
      The production premise complies completely with the certification for bread production and all the regulation of the ISO certificate which is one of the main goals of the company.
      The company has equipment and machines for automated packing of the ready bakery articles and which end the whole production cycle..
      Special packaging materials with the brand “Slavianka” are designed and developed in order to meet the latest European requirements.
      The large variety of machines and equipment for production of croissants of multisheet dough and similar is the next step in order to enrich the production range and the assortment of the brand. The chambers “KOMA” for shock freeze and the special furnaces type convector will improve additionally the good quality of the produced articles and will improve also the competitiveness of the company.
      At the company’s own shop situated at 52 Borisova str there is so called hot baking spot which allows the semifinished food to be baked in front of the customer.
      The company also has own transportation means which help to distribute the production to the shops at suitable for them time.
      In order to improve the productivity of the employees the company has created special rest rooms and offers modern working conditions.
